Iron Mountain

Ahh, the memories of Iron Mountain. It's this land that my grandma owns up in the way-back-of-nowhere between a couple national forests. If you go to Kamas and then head towards Samak (Kamas spelled backwards - real creative) you'll be heading the right direction but you'll still be about an hour, maybe, 1 1/2 hours out from the land. It's beautiful and really fun to visit. Since it's private property, we're allowed to cut down trees, which is convenient for Hunstville winters, so my fam likes to go up once a summer and cut a big tree down for fire wood. My Aunt and Uncle came with their girls and my grandma too. Brad and Andrea came too, which was so fun because we rarely get to spend quality time with them. They're hilarious, and you can imagine the car rides to and from were TO-DIE-FOR! It's been a long time since I've laughed that hard. We rode the 4-wheeler, walked around, chopped wood, and shot guns. It was way fun.
