spring pics

March was really beautiful and nice.  A new experience for me in Utah because it's usually miserable.  We were actually able to get out and play with friends.  Speaking of friends, I'm really sad because I already lost one really sweet friend in the ward, Dallas, and her son Graham who Isla loves!  She was so sad when Graham-cracker left.  And now... the twins are moving.  We are devastated.  Really, they're only moving to a house a few miles down the road, but that might as well be a different state for Isla since she won't be able to just walk next door and knock on their door.  Seriously a sad day.

Easter weekend watching The Bible (really good btw, if you were wondering) and hanging out telling secrets with daddy.

Isla loves to orrganize her toys.  She 100% gets this from me and my dad.  Please note each toy has a partner.

Loie's personality is really blooming and she's understanding so much more everyday that playtime has become much more interactive between the two of them.  It's made me really happy to see them playing together and having so much fun.

Big game hunting at Cabela's.
Awww, a girl after my own heart. ;)

One of the last warm days to play outside before the weird April freeze came.

Dinner with my parents. They are sooo empty nesters, we're lucky if we get to see them once in a month.  (I know, I know, most people don't get to see their parent's that often, but come on, we live an hour away!)

Loie loving Isla's gym class.  Usually she's asleep during it for her morning nap, but when she is able to go, she just LOVES it.  She wishes she could be a big kid sooo badly.

I'm excited for the flowers and trees to bloom and the grass to get green.  Now that is the BEST time.  Get here already.  The next few weeks are full of Isla's end of the school year, throwing baby showers, mother's day and birthdays and anniversaries, and hopefully good weather.  Oh and assembling a 12ft by 8ft wall of golf tees.  It's going to be a fun time. haha.
