In church, I teach the 8-9 year old girls Activity Days. Next week we are having an activity all about genealogy and journal writing and we wanted to give them a handout that allows them to fill out their own family tree. I thought it would be fun to make my own because the ones I saw on the internet weren't that cute for kids. Feel free to print out the below image (click on it for the larger file) for your kids to fill out and see how far they can get without your help!
